Affiliate Program Terms
These terms explain the standards for applying, promoting EZKR8, referral attribution, commission review, and separately granted product access.
Effective: September 1, 20261. Application and approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. EZKR8 may approve, decline, suspend, or end affiliate participation at its discretion. Affiliate participation is separate from an EZKR8 subscription, beta membership, and access to Scanner or Prepare.
2. Referral codes and attribution
Approved affiliates receive a personal referral code. Do not sell, transfer, impersonate another affiliate, create misleading accounts, or use your code for self-referrals. A referral is credited only when EZKR8’s records reliably attribute an eligible customer and payment to the approved code.
3. Promotion standards
Promotions must be truthful, lawful, and clearly identify the affiliate relationship where required. Do not send spam, make false product or earnings claims, bid on EZKR8 trademarks without written permission, misrepresent yourself as an EZKR8 employee, or use deceptive advertising.
4. Commission review
Commission amounts and eligibility may differ by affiliate and are shown or communicated separately after approval. Payments remain subject to owner review and may be denied or reversed for refunds, disputes, fraud, duplicate attribution, self-referrals, policy violations, or ineligible transactions. A referral discount does not by itself guarantee commission.
5. Payouts and taxes
Approved commissions are paid using the method and schedule agreed with EZKR8. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout and tax information and for their own taxes. EZKR8 may require appropriate tax documentation before payment.
6. Product access
Affiliate approval does not include free Scanner or Prepare access. EZKR8 may separately turn a temporary product-access grant on or off for an individual affiliate. Ending such a grant does not erase the person’s valid affiliate records.
7. Independent relationship
Affiliates are independent participants and are not employees, agents, partners, or authorized representatives of EZKR8. Affiliates may not bind EZKR8 to an agreement or obligation.
