Privacy Policy

1. Who operates EZKR8

EZKR8 is operated by All in 1 Events LLC. This policy applies to the EZKR8 website, accounts, Prepare workspace, Crate Builder, Scanner, and related support communications.

2. Information we collect

Account information

We collect your email address, DJ or company display name, account identifier, subscription and access status, account dates, and authentication records. Password authentication is handled by our authentication provider; EZKR8 does not have access to your password in readable form.

Launch list and communications

If you join the EZKR8 launch list or choose optional email updates during account creation or in Preferences, we collect the email address you submit, your consent date, signup source, and current subscription status. Joining the launch list does not create an EZKR8 account or provide beta access. Optional product emails are separate from essential account, security, billing, and service communications.

Billing and referral information

For paid accounts, we may receive your plan, subscription status, billing and renewal dates, payment status, and transaction identifiers. If a referral code is used, we record the code owner, referred account, first successful subscription payment, and whether that payment is later refunded or disputed so the referral can be credited accurately. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe Managed Payments and Link and are not stored directly by EZKR8.

Computer and Scanner information

We collect a stable device identifier, computer name, processor architecture, macOS version, Scanner version, authorization status, and registration and last-seen times.

Music-library metadata

The Scanner synchronizes information needed for matching and organization, including saved scan locations and file paths; filenames and formats; file sizes and modification dates; and available metadata such as artist, title, album, genre, release year, duration, bit rate, BPM, musical key, play count, availability, and scan status. EZKR8 does not upload or store your audio files.

Prepare and Crate Builder information

We store project names, requested-song text, project order, selected local-track references, remembered selections, flagged or missing-song status, notes or reasons, archive status, and relevant dates. TXT and CSV lists are used to create this project information; EZKR8 does not use them to obtain music.

Browser, support, and technical information

EZKR8 uses browser storage for session information, Scanner-connection credentials, and preferences such as your preferred external browser. Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type, device type, timestamps, and error or security logs. If you contact support, we collect the information you provide in that request.

Free-trial information

If you activate a free trial, we record the account identifier, trial start and expiration dates, trial status, and one-computer limit. We use this information to provide and automatically end trial access and to enforce the one-trial-per-account rule.

3. How we use information

• Authenticate accounts and confirm subscription, trial, or other authorized access.
• Authorize computers and keep each computer’s library separate.
• Process subscriptions, apply launch offers, administer free trials, and accurately track beta-team referrals.
• Send optional product updates, new-feature announcements, release news, and occasional offers when you have chosen to receive them.
• Synchronize metadata, match requested songs, remember selections, save projects, and create exports.
• Provide local preview, Reveal in Finder, Scanner connection, and preferred-browser features.
• Respond to support, privacy, refund, security, and copyright requests.
• Protect EZKR8, diagnose failures, prevent misuse, and comply with law.
• Improve reliability and understand aggregate service operation without uploading your audio.

4. When information is shared

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that operate EZKR8 on our behalf, including authentication, database, email, payment processing, hosting, infrastructure, and security providers. Current core infrastructure includes Supabase for authentication and database services, Render for website hosting, and Stripe Managed Payments and Link for checkout, payment support, tax, fraud, and dispute handling. These providers may process information only for their services and under their own contractual and legal obligations.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or EZKR8, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce agreements, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets. We will not provide your audio files because EZKR8 does not receive them.

5. Retention

We keep account and service information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to provide EZKR8, resolve support or security matters, satisfy legal obligations, and maintain legitimate business records. Information associated with deactivated devices and deleted accounts may remain temporarily in secured backups or records required by law. Local Scanner data and audio stored on your computer are not deleted by closing your web account.

6. Your choices and requests

You may update your display name, authorized computers, and optional email-update preference in Settings. Launch-list subscribers may unsubscribe using the link included in a marketing email or by emailing ezkr8app@gmail.com from the subscribed address. Turning optional updates off does not stop essential account, security, billing, or service messages. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to close your account, email the same address from your account email. We may verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained where legally required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or enforcing agreements.

Nevada consumers may use the same email address as the designated request address for a verified request not to sell covered information. EZKR8 does not currently sell covered information.

7. Cookies, browser storage, and tracking

EZKR8 uses authentication technology and local or session storage required to keep you signed in, connect Prepare to your local Scanner, preserve the correct account state, and remember preferences. We do not currently use cross-site behavioral advertising. Because EZKR8 does not perform that tracking, it does not currently change its behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Third-party providers may process technical request information when delivering their services or when you choose an external link.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including authenticated access and account-based database controls. No Internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your password confidential, maintain backups of important work, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Age restriction

EZKR8 is intended only for people age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a person under 18 created an account, contact us so we can review and remove it.

10. International use

EZKR8 is operated from the United States. If you use it elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and laws.

11. Policy changes and contact

Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date and, when appropriate, communicated through the service or by email. Privacy questions and verified requests may be sent to All in 1 Events LLC at ezkr8app@gmail.com.

Affiliate applications and records

If you apply to the affiliate program, we collect the application details you provide, including your name, email, DJ or business name, website or social profiles, audience description, promotion plan, and preferred referral code. For approved affiliates, we also maintain approval status, referral attribution, commission review and payment status, program dates, and any separately granted product-access status.
