Refund Policy
This policy explains how subscription cancellations, access after cancellation, and refund requests work for EZKR8 customers.
Effective: August 25, 2026Subscription cancellation
The monthly or yearly price, billing frequency, automatic-renewal terms, and cancellation method are shown before purchase. A subscription may be canceled at any time through the available Link billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the period already paid for.
General refund rule
Completed monthly and yearly subscription charges are generally nonrefundable and are not prorated for unused time after cancellation. This does not limit any refund or cancellation right provided by applicable law.
When we will review a refund
Contact us if you believe there was a duplicate or unauthorized charge, a material EZKR8 service failure that prevented reasonable use of the paid service, a refund required by applicable law, or exceptional circumstances that justify an account credit or refund. We will review the account history, service status, timing, and relevant details. Approval is not automatic except where required by law.
Requesting help
Stripe Managed Payments and Link provide transaction-level payment support. You may also email ezkr8app@gmail.com from the address on your EZKR8 account for product or access help. Include the charge date, plan, amount, and a short explanation. Never email your password or full payment-card number. If a charge may be unauthorized, contact Link promptly and consider notifying your payment provider.
Account violations
If access is terminated for fraud, unlawful activity, payment abuse, or a material violation of the Terms of Service, charges are not refundable except where required by law.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when our plans, checkout, or cancellation system changes. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. The policy displayed when you purchase, together with any mandatory consumer rights, will govern that purchase.
