Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator

EZKR8 is operated by All in 1 Events LLC (“EZKR8,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, downloading or using the Scanner, or using any EZKR8 service, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use EZKR8.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you use EZKR8 for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

3. Accounts and authorized computers

Provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account. Your subscription plan determines how many computers may be authorized. Do not sell, transfer, or share access outside your organization.

4. What EZKR8 does

EZKR8 indexes metadata about music files already available to you, matches requested songs against that library, helps you choose local versions, creates recommendation lists, remembers selections and projects, and exports playlist or crate information for supported DJ software. EZKR8 does not sell, provide, stream, or download music and does not transfer ownership of any music.

5. Your music and responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining lawful access to every audio file you use. Any rights you have in your files remain yours, and the applicable artists, labels, publishers, and other owners retain their rights. You may not use EZKR8 to infringe copyright, bypass access controls, distribute music unlawfully, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

6. Recommendations and matching

Crate Builder recommendations and library matches are organizational assistance, not guarantees. Metadata may be incomplete or inaccurate, and a recommendation may not suit every event or audience. You are responsible for previewing selections and confirming file versions, licensing, content, and suitability before performing or exporting.

7. Service changes

We may update, improve, replace, or discontinue features and supported integrations as EZKR8 develops. We will provide reasonable notice when a change materially affects a paid subscription, except when immediate action is needed to protect users or the service.

8. Free trials, access, and paid subscriptions

Eligible new users may activate one seven-day free trial per verified account. The trial provides Scanner and Prepare access for one computer, requires no payment card, creates no automatic charge, and ends automatically at the displayed expiration time. Trial eligibility is not transferable or renewable, and creating additional accounts to repeat a trial is prohibited. A subscription may be purchased at any time to continue access. Trial expiration restricts product access but does not automatically delete saved projects or synchronized library information.

Invited beta-team accounts designated by EZKR8 as permanent free accounts retain no-charge access and a two-computer limit while the account remains in good standing. No payment method or paid subscription is required for that access.

Before charging a paid customer, EZKR8 will present the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, included computer limit, applicable launch offer, and cancellation method and will obtain affirmative consent. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, a paid plan renews monthly or yearly until canceled. An eligible yearly 2026 launch purchase provides an initial 13-month service period for the displayed annual price, followed by ordinary yearly renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Payments are processed through Stripe Managed Payments and Link, subject to their checkout and transaction terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. EZKR8 ownership

EZKR8 and its licensors own the website, Scanner software, Prepare workspace, Crate Builder catalog organization, designs, code, branding, documentation, and other service materials, excluding users’ music and third-party names or marks. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service according to these terms while your access remains active.

10. Third-party services

EZKR8 may create exports for or link to services we do not control. Serato, Rekordbox, Traktor, Spotify, record pools, and other third-party names and services belong to their respective owners. References do not imply endorsement or partnership. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.

11. Service disclaimers

We work to keep EZKR8 reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect matching, compatibility with every file or third-party product, or preservation of every project. Keep independent backups of your music, playlists, exports, and other important work. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, All in 1 Events LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, performances, data, music, or business opportunities arising from EZKR8. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid EZKR8 during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using EZKR8 at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for a material violation of these terms, a security risk, unlawful activity, nonpayment, or conduct that harms users or the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please email us and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Nevada. You retain any consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as EZKR8 changes. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date and, when appropriate, communicated through the service or by email. Questions may be sent to ezkr8app@gmail.com.
