Copyright and Intellectual Property
EZKR8 organizes information about music users already have. It does not provide, host, stream, or distribute users’ audio files.

The EZKR8 website, Scanner software, Prepare workspace, Crate Builder organization, visual design, logos, written materials, code, and original recommendation structure are owned by All in 1 Events LLC or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, sell, publish, modify, or redistribute these materials except as allowed by the Terms of Service or with written permission.
Music and third-party rights
EZKR8 does not claim ownership of songs, recordings, compositions, album artwork, artist names, label names, DJ software names, or other third-party material. Those rights remain with their respective owners. Song titles, artist names, genres, years, and similar metadata may appear solely to identify, match, and organize a user’s library or an EZKR8 recommendation.
Your local music
Your audio remains on your Mac, external drive, USB device, or other local storage. EZKR8 synchronizes metadata needed for matching but does not upload the audio. You are responsible for acquiring and using music lawfully and for complying with licenses that apply to your performances, copies, and exports.
Trademarks and outside services
EZKR8 and its branding are marks of All in 1 Events LLC. Other product and company names—including Serato, Rekordbox, Traktor, Spotify, and record pool brands—belong to their respective owners. References to them describe compatibility, a user-selected destination, or an outside resource and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Reporting a copyright concern
If you believe material available through EZKR8 infringes your copyright, email ezkr8app@gmail.com with your contact information, identification of the protected work, the exact EZKR8 material or location at issue, an explanation of your rights and concern, and a statement that the information you provide is accurate. We may request additional information needed to evaluate and respond to the report.
Good-faith reports
Please submit only accurate, good-faith claims. EZKR8 may remove or restrict access to material when appropriate and may contact the person who submitted the report. This page does not designate a registered DMCA agent or create rights beyond applicable law.
